Twelve West Group LLC was born from a vision first imagined 17 years ago in a New York City apartment on 12 West, where ideas of ownership, impact, and legacy began to take shape. Today, that vision has been brought to life by co-founders Brijet Mall and Gina Worthey, combining decades of expertise across business strategy, project management, and real estate development.
Brijet, a Navy veteran, brings 13 years of experience in real estate development and investment, grounded in discipline, precision, and long-term value creation. With over 20 years of experience spanning government, nonprofit, and corporate consulting, Gina leads with a focus on organizational performance and project execution.
Together, they launched Twelve West Group to deliver integrated business and infrastructure solutions that support government agencies, veterans, and communities. Positioned for growth, the company is built to execute high-impact projects, scale through strategic partnerships, and create lasting economic and community value.
